Meaghen Flynn is a visual artist focusing on the intimate relationships that shape our lives. Her work captures the quiet, unguarded moments that reveal the deep connections between people, whether within families, between friends, or in the private spaces where individuals feel most themselves. Through her work, Meaghen highlights the subtle, often unspoken exchanges that define these relationships—her images invite viewers into these personal moments, offering a glimpse into the tenderness and complexity of human connection.
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Photo/Film, Meaghen has showcased her work at venues such as the Institute of Contemporary Art, The Anderson Gallery, and the Black Iris Gallery in Richmond, VA, as well as several film festivals including SEFF Binghampton, Athens International Art Film Festival, East Village New York Film Festival and more. Her photo and video work is almost exclusively shot on film. Her ongoing exploration of relationships continues to evolve as she seeks to document the bonds that define our lives.
